"B.J. could not have been more helpful and accomodating while we made our vacation plans to Costa Rica. I work in the travel industry and know how prices can change on a dime. That is what happened when we were booking with BJ. While my wife and I needed to regroup, it was very easy to get back to B.J. and continue with our booking process with our modifications. She also upgraded our room category due to being inconvenienced. I appreciate this even though I know this was due to something out of her contrrol! What a pleasure!
