Barton Creek Resort & Spa offers the following restaurants: Hill County Dining Room - The Hill Country Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the stunning Fazio Foothills golf course. Breakfasts offer traditional favorites as well as some Texas-inspired twists, such as poached eggs topped with housemade brisket and a spicy jalapeño-hollandaise sauce. Lunch offers a great selection of chilled salads, housemade dressings and light entrées. Dinner is where our stars come out. Each season brings a new taste and flair to this upscale dining experience. Meals are choreographed; desserts are designed to complement the chef’s imagination. Live piano music is featured Friday and Saturday evenings. Open daily. 8212 Wine Bar & Grill - The 8212 Wine Bar & Grill is Barton Creek's newest dining experience. Each season will bring an exciting mix of flavors. The opening menu includes items such as Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque, Cherry Bourbon Glazed Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Macadamia Nut Crusted Sea Scallops, and Ice Cream Duo, a black cherry ice cream sandwiched between layers of dense chocolate almond cake, served with a cold cheesecake milkshake! Fort Barton - This children’s activity area is tucked in the rolling hills of the Texas hill country, surrounded by Texas' famed Live Oak trees. A tepee and a log deck hosts themed outdoor stations for kid-focused programs including a site for story telling, S'mores roasting and other family-friendly activities. Teens can also enjoy their own brand of activities with an outdoor meeting space, which can be used as a dance floor, or place to meet before a summer movie.
