Now called Couples Tower Isle (formerly Couples Ocho Rios), the resort's new name is a historical reference to the hotel's beginnings as a private island paradise and a 1950s and 1960s Hollywood hangout. Couples Tower Isle has undergone extensive and dramatic changes that include the addition of 20 accommodations – four suites and 16 rooms - all with ocean views. All of the resort’s 226 rooms will feature flat screen televisions. Some bathrooms will feature zero edge walk-in showers. Enhancements have been made to the main pool (including leveling the depth to 5.0 feet throughout and creating a new water feature utilizing the 1950’s-style diving board), lobby, piano bar, main bar and Le Gourmet, Verandah and Terrace dining rooms.

Patio Restaurant - Breakfast features and array of fresh fruits, freshly baked breads and pastries, and made to serve omelets. For lunch and dinner, enjoy Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Continental Breakfast: 5:30am. Full Breakfast: 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch: 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Dinner: 6:30pm to 10:00pm, closed Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays. Reservations: Not Required. Dress: Resort Casual (beach cover up, footwear required).
The Verandah - Enjoy continental fare in a Caribbean chic space, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Tower Isle. Dinner: 6:30pm to 10:30pm, closed Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Reservations: Not Required. Dress: Resort Chic.
Bayside - Feast on Asian spring rolls, Pad Thai and banana leaf-steamed snapper by candlelight, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Dinner: 6:00pm to 9:00pm, closed Mondays and Saturdays. Reservations: Required. Dress: Resort Chic.
Eight Rivers - Experience Jamaica of old, and enjoy divine gourmet dining featuring continental cuisine with a distinctly Caribbean flair. Dinner: 6:15pm to 9:00pm, closed Mondays. Reservations: Required. Dress: Cocktail Elegant (Jeans, sneakers, flip flops and shorts are not permitted).
Pool Grill - To satisfy your cravings any time of the day or night, the Pool Grill offers a variety of mouthwatering sandwiches, salads, jerk chicken, and Jamaican patties. Daily: 11:00am to 6:00pm and 10:30pm to 5:00am. No dress code, swimwear acceptable.
Veggie Bar - Delight with our fresh juice of the day, fruit smoothies, veggie dips and delectable healthy salads and sandwiches. Daily: 11:00am to 6:00pm. No dress code, swimwear acceptable.

Bayside - Open air. Located at the Bayside restaurant. 6:30pm-9:30pm. Closed Wed. and Sat.
Piano Bar - Air conditioned. Located in the main building. Shaped like a grand piano. Open from 6:15pm until last guest leaves.
Main Bar - Open air. Located near main pool and The Patio restaurant. Open from 10am-1am. Limited waitress service available. Guests usually take drinks to their table or chair.
Tower Isle Bar - Open air. Located on Tower Isle. Open from 9am-5pm. Swim-up pool bar.
