Explorers Club: The new Explorers Club for kids age 3-12 further enhances family vacations. The fully supervised Explorers Club is open from 9am-10pm, and incorporates activities that are fun, intriguing and educational for different age groups, varying by resort. Younger children might make sand castles, piatas and paper airplanes, go on nature walks, search for shells and play pirate. Older kids might play beach volleyball, air hockey and water polo, go on iguana safaris, and learn some Spanish and Merengue dance moves. The camping adventure takes place one night a week when kids camp out in tents and watch a film on an outdoor movie screen. The Explorers Club has been designed with safety and comfort in mind, featuring padded floors and rounded corners. Pagers are issued to parents so they can stay in contact. A complimentary wedding package is available for a reservation of a Honeymoon Deluxe Room or higher. A minimum of 7 nights is required. This package includes service of judge, wedding coordinator, preferential location of the room in the category reserved, use of the Wedding Gazebo, wedding cake (1 level, up to 10 guests) and one bottle of sparkling wine, special turn down service at night and VIP amenities in the bathroom, and late check out for the Bride and Groom (based on availability).
