Room Categories and Descriptions - Forest Condominiums
Room amenities include fireplace, alarm clock, coffee/tea maker, telephones, tub, shower, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, satellite TV, VCR, full kitchen, stove, dishes, cookware, microwave, and refrigerator. Balconies are available in some units. Cribs and roll-aways are available on request for an additional fee.
Children Policy: Children up to age 12 can stay free using existing bedding with at least 1 adult.
1 Bedroom/1 Bath - 600-1000 square feet in size. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
2 Bedrooms/2 Baths - 950-1100 square feet in size with queen-sized sofa sleeper. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
3 Bedrooms/2 Baths - Approximately 1200 square feet in size with queen-sized sofa sleeper. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
