Please be advised of the new cancellation policy on dinner reservations at the Atlantis and Ocean Club. This new policy is in effect immediately and should permit the Dinner Reservations Department to better manage their space and provide better service. -All in-house guests with confirmed reservations for 5 or more will receive a room charge for any no-show or late cancellations. -In order to avoid being penalized, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before any actual dining time. For "same day bookings," Dinner Reservations must be notified of any cancellation before 2pm. -If a reservation is not cancelled within the specified time, or results in a no-show, the guests will be charged a $50.00 per person guarantee fee. -A food and beverage cashier will process all cancellation penalties. The minimum age for guests who wish to make a reservation is 18 years old. If an 18-year-old guest does not have a credit card in their own name, then a $200 per night fee will be added to their bill.
