The Iberostar Tucan is located directly above a beach just minutes from Playa del Carmen. The resort boasts views of Cozumel and a surrounding forest teeming with monkeys, parrots, flamingos, ducks, and turtles. Go exploring and you'll also find a lovely waterfall! The hotel is made up of 3-story bungalows surrounded by tropical gardens. The all-inclusive program means you have unlimited no-fee access to 4 freshwater swimming pools, including a children's pool and open-air Jacuzzi, 3 bars, a main restaurant with show-cooking, 3 restaurants with Italian, Mexican, and steakhouse specialties, a grill/snack bar, a beach bar, a health and beauty center (with massages, steam baths, fitness machines, a hairdresser, facial treatments, and a Jacuzzi), a disco, and medical service. Shops and boutiques are also on the premises. Activities also include windsurfing, sailing, kayaks, catamaran, tennis, diving clinics in the pool, cycle tours, and a fitness room (all subject to availability). Room amenities include complete bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans, direct-dial telephones, mini-bars, hairdryers, free safety deposit boxes, satellite TV, and balconies or terraces.
Run of the House - All the accommodations are double rooms or junior suites with two double beds or one king-size bed. Views are of the hotel grounds.
Junior Suite Oceanfront - All 24 suites have the same amenities as the Run of House rooms. Half of them have double beds with two sofas and the other twelve have one king bed with two sofas. Each suite features and oceanview.
