Children Policy: No children permitted, this is an adults-only resort. Minimum age to check in is 18 years old.

Seaside Deluxe - Large room with four-poster mahogany king bed and furnishings. These rooms have no balconies. Most rooms are carpeted. Located on first through third floors. View: First floor: Pool. Second/Third floors: Gardens or Mountains.
Seaside Premium - Large room with four poster mahogany bed and furnishings. All rooms have balconies and refrigerator. Most rooms are carpeted. View: Courtyard or Pool.
Grande Luxe Oceanview - Large, magnificent room with four poster mahogany bed and furnishings. All rooms have balconies, are carpeted and have a refrigerator stocked with water, juices and sodas. View: Courtyard, ocean and/or pool.
Carlyle Club Oceanview Penthouse - Located on the third floor of the resort, these fully refurbished, tastefully appointed rooms offer butler service, 24-hour room service, four poster mahogany king-size beds, stocked mini bar, stocked refrigerator, and balconies. Rooms are tiled. View: Courtyard, ocean and/or pool.

The Bay Window - Intricately painted Italian ceramic plates adorn light green walls and a variety of oddly-shaped glass bottles, filled alternately with dried pastas, olives and peppers sit upon shelves and rustic wooden country sideboards, imparting a feel of Tuscany in the tropics. An impression that is only heightened by the island sun streaming through the bay windows and the International fare that sets your taste buds tingling. Reservations not required. The Carlyle Restaurant - Adjacent to the flower-filled garden and overlooking the entertainment amphitheater, this flambé-style restaurant-the perfect choice for dinner- embodies a mixture of old and new world tastes in its fusion cuisine. Reservations are required. Dress code: Resort Casual.
Nibbles - A garden-side grill that serves up snacks and hearty meals throughout the day and into the wee hours of the night, this cute snack bar ensures that you'll never, ever go hungry. Dress code: Resort Casual. Reservations not required.
Sandals Carlyle also offers unlimited premium drinks at two congenial bars. Exclusive exchange privileges let you “Dine Around Montego Bay” at two nearby Sandals for a total of 17 restaurants.
