All rooms include air conditioning, king-size bed, amenity kit, hairdryer, telephone, private bath and shower, safe, coffee maker, clock radio and satellite TV, Continental breakfast room service is available for all guests. Deluxe - Very large rooms set above the Porte Cochere and lobby,offering limited views. A few rooms are located on the inside corners of the Kensington Building and have small balconies. Rooms in the Carisbrooke Building (above lobby) are large, but have no balcony. View: Resort Grounds. Premium - Most rooms located in the 2-story Arundel Building, and a few in the Edinburg Building. All rooms have either a patio or balcony. View: Arundel Building: South Pool. Edinburg Building: Landscaping. Grande Luxe - Large rooms set back from the beach. Located in the St. James, Clarence, Buckingham, Glamis and Edinburg Buildings, all of which are fronted by manicured lawns and gardens. There is a very short walk to the beach. Some suites are located in the Caernarvon Building and are set back the furthest, but the building has its own pool and gazebo. All rooms have balconies or patios.
