We offer you the opportunity to celebrate your wedding in a unique setting surrounded by all the delights of the Mexican Caribbean. Our Wedding Package Includes: · The Civil Judge · Private check in, in the Guest service area · On site wedding coordinator · The Wedding cake (regular size) · CD player available (bring your special song) · The Bride’s bouquet & Groom’s boutonnière (To be chosen upon arrival at the Hotel) · Table flower arrangements and rose petals · The set up and decorations for the Ceremony, located in a special area on the beach with white table and chairs · Free Room Upgrade, to an Ocean Front Room (subject to availability) · Welcome Fruit basket and bottle of wine · Dinner for the couple and guests, in our Beach Restaurant La Riviera, that also includes a bottle of chilled sparkling domestic wine. However, for parties of 10 or more people (maximum 25), you should choose a set menu from the “A la Carte” restaurant. · The above features have a cost of $1,500.00 USD. Requirements To Marry In Mexico: Groom & Bride must arrive at least 3 working days prior to the wedding date and must provide the following documentation: · Valid Passports: Although passports are not required for US Citizens for their entry into Mexico, they are mandatory for weddings. · Tourist Visa: They are provided upon entry to Mexico at the airport. · Proof Of Blood Test: The blood test must be done in Playa del Carmen, or in any other place within the Mexican territory and it must be certified by a Doctor in Mexico, as required by the Civil Ministry (Requirements for Blood test are: R & H factor, Blood type and HIV Test). Blood test may be done at a local Laboratory at the approx. cost of $150.00 USD per couple. · Four Witnesses: These are required by Law. If Witness’s are not Mexican Citizens, they must provide a copy of their passport and their tourist visa. Plus, they must arrive at least 3 days prior to the ceremony. (The hotel can provide them with an additional charge of $30 USD each.) · These documents should be given to the Civil Judge two working days before the wedding (the Civil Registry Office open from Monday to Friday). · The wedding package is for 25 persons. Please note: This package is valid only for guests staying at Sandos Caracol Resort. Guests not staying at Sandos will be charged an extra $50.00 USD per person, as a complimentary “day pass”, subject to availability. The ceremony will not be performed unless all documents are in order (there are no exceptions). Prices are subject to change without notice.
