The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua offers the following restaurants: The Banyan Tree - The Banyan Tree, the hotel's signature restaurant, will reflect Maui's undersea life, with colors and fanciful blown-glass light fixtures inspired by sea urchins and vibrant corals, with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Moloka'i. The Terrace - The Terrace restaurant will continue to offer a full breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner and the new design will reflect architectural details of Maui's plantations and will feature a new private dining room. The restaurant overlooks manicured gardens, the resort's three-tiered pool and the Pacific Ocean. The Beach House - Sip on tropical delights while enjoying the waves, surfers and sometimes, the whales. More than 40 fully-grown coconut palms form a natural canopy over this beachfront restaurant where guests delight in a selection of tropical cocktails and fresh, light fare. The Pool Bar & Cafe - Offers tropical drinks, smoothies, appetizers, sandwiches and salads at the bar or served to the guest's chaise lounge.
