Featuring an open-air dining room enhanced by light pine pergolas, ceiling fans and exposed beams and dark wood. Offers 5 nights of a la cart dining and 2 Caribbean themed buffet evenings. Nicole’s - A fine-dining restaurant seating 60 guests that offers a blend of stylishly presented, Caribbean-inflected cuisine. (There is a $25 surcharge per person.) It’s the place where guests can meet and socialize, with fun and refreshment on tap for both daytime and night. Tiki Bar - Offering light lunch, snacks, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
