Room amenities include air-conditioning, bathroom with tub and shower, satellite television, telephone, balcony or terrace, hairdryer, mini-bar, and safety deposit box. Handicapped rooms with one queen-size bed and adjoining rooms available. Cribs available upon request. Children Policy: Children under age 2 are free when sharing double room with 2 adults. Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Superior/Superior Oceanview - Two queen-size beds. Room features colonial-inspired decorative accents and either a balcony or a terrace. Superior Plus - The redesign of the guest rooms at the Viva Wyndham Maya include the Superior Plus Rooms which have been appointed with contemporary decor, including white walls with new modern artwork, a glass top built in desk with white wood finishes, white bedding with ocean blue accents offering a serene setting, and a flat screen television. The stunning bathrooms feature a marble vanity with a countertop sink, full sized mirror and glassed in, marble shower. The Superior Plus rooms also feature balconies with either a gardenview or oceanview. Superior Deluxe - The Superior Deluxe Rooms feature Caribbean-inspired, contemporary decor, including tall built in headboards with an interior light, tranquil ivory and light blue bedding, a modern rattan chair, marble floors, a flat screen television and balconies. The beautifully appointed bathrooms feature a marble vanity with a double sink, marble walls and a Jacuzzi tub. Family Room - The Family Room is 2 connecting rooms and when guests book the room, kids 17 years of age and younger are permitted to stay in the connecting room allowing parents to be next to their children while still enjoying some privacy. Additionally, the Family Rooms now feature video games included in the all inclusive price. There is a minimum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 kids in order to book these rooms. Parents and children alike will enjoy the daily Viva Kid's Club supervised activities program where children ages 4-12 participate in age-specific activities. The Viva Kids' Club offers a sleeping area with big cushions for the kids, tables for activities and snacks, a television, video games and bathroom facilities. Children will be able to participate in a host of activities offered at the Viva Kids' Club including tennis, drawing and painting, archery, ping pong, windsurfing, mini tournaments, kayaking, volleyball, sandcastle building, board games, pool games, talent shows, puzzles, video games and face painting.
