Wedding Requirements

Following is a summary of the requirements that US citizens must meet in order to be married in the Caribbean countries. Please note that legal requirements can change so be sure to double check the requirements before finalizing your booking.

Bahamas	$100.00	24 Hours	No	Declarations certifying both parties are unmarried U.S. citizens sworn before a U.S. Consul at the American Embassy, Nassau, or marriage license obtained from Commissioner's Office for weddings on any Bahamas island outside of New Providence. Both parties must apply in person for the marriage license. Proof of arrival in the Bahamas. Passport or birth certificate and photo ID. Proof of divorce or death certificate, if applicable. Wedding certificates must be obtained from the Commissioner's office (open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. )
