Wedding Requirements

Following is a summary of the requirements that US citizens must meet in order to be married in Bermuda. Please note that legal requirements can change so be sure to double check the requirements before finalizing your booking.

Bermuda	$200.00	14 days from receipt of Notice of Intended Marriage.	No	Photo ID required. Notarized parental consent for parties under 21 (under 16, no weddings allowed). Notice of Intended Marriage must be published in three Bermuda newspapers (can be done through Bermuda Embassy). Proof of divorce or death certificate, if applicable.
