Carry-on Baggage

Each ticketed passenger is currently limited to one piece of carry-on baggage and one personal item.

Item Limit:

one (1) carry-on bag; one (1) personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop bag, backpack, or similar item)

Size Limit:

22" height, 14" length, 9" depth (45 linear inches)

Weight Limit:

25 pounds / 11.5 kilograms

Checked Luggage

·         Check-in luggage charges are per piece, each way.

·         Luggage charges paid online, at the airport ticket office counter, or at the kiosk are non-refundable.

Neighbor Islands:

First bag - $17

Second bag - $17

Additional bags - $25 each

North America:

First bag - $25

Second bag - $35

Third-sixth bags - $125 each

Additional bags - $200 each

International:

There is no charge for the 1st and 2nd checked bags. 

Note: Linear inches are defined as length + width + height, measured in inches.
