Cascades Seafood Restaurant - The Cascades Seafood Restaurant is surrounded by spectacular waterfalls and lush gardens. Enjoy their monthly Seafood Fresh Catch Features, Australian Lobster Tails or Tempura Battered Tiger Shrimp!

Wasabi's Sushi Bar - Wasabi's boast a well-balanced menu of traditional Japanese sushi not only tantalizing to the taste buds, but each plate is a miniature masterpiece. The lively colors of the fish combined with the traditional garnishes of ginger and Wasabi create a sense of balance and beauty. Guests can choose from a variety of sushi rolls, nigiri sushi and sashimi, plus traditional sake, sake cocktails, plum wine and Japanese beer.

Ristorante Volare - Located in the romantic Garden Conservatory Atrium, Ristorante Volare features an authentic Italian menu, including traditional soups, freshly made pasta and fine Italian wines. Stop in for Veal Marsala Scallopini, Parmesan Crusted Swordfish, Chicken Fettuccine and a variety of other fresh pasta and Italian favorites. Also try their signature dessert, Tiramisu.

Rachel's Buffet Restaurant - Rachel's is a delightful spot to enjoy any meal of the day. Located adjacent to the Magnolia Lobby, the restaurant features a grand buffet. For breakfast, wake up to a vast selection of bakeries, eggs made to order, sizzling meats and more. A deli station is the popular station during lunch, which also offers Chef's daily lunch creations. The grand buffet at dinner features carved meats, pastas, a variety of salads and desserts!

Rusty's Sports Bar & Grill - A favorite spot for the sports enthusiast, Rusty's features more than 20 televisions and is designed to evoke the atmosphere of a legendary ballpark. Rusty's also features a boxing ring area to view the big screen. Located between the Magnolia Lobby and the Tennessee Ballroom Lobby, this is a great place to stop before, between, or after a busy day.

Cascades Terrace Lounge - The revolving Cascades Terrace Lounge is a favorite spot for meeting and relaxing with friends. This lounge gives each guest an ever-changing panorama of waterfalls and foliage of the Cascades Atrium...the seating area revolves a full circle every hour.

Jack Daniel's Saloon - The name says it all! World-famous and one-of-a-kind, this saloon is a great place to gather for drinks, snacks, and fun within the Garden Conservatory Atrium. The Jack Daniel's Saloon honors a fine Tennessee tradition in a barrelhouse setting, filled with Jack Daniel's Distillery historic memorabilia.

The Delta Party Lounge - The Delta Party Lounge is a great place to relax and take in the breathtaking sights of the Delta River, 100-foot waterfalls, and the Delta Fountain. The lounge features live entertainment for dancing and listening most evenings.
