There are four restaurants and bars available, including seaside OIA, the resort's signature restaurant serving Mediterranean fusion fare, and the oceanfront Bar Paul. St. Regis Kanai (5 stars), Playa del Carmen, Mexico -- This 143-room resort is located inside a 680-acre gated community just ten minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen. The hotel's unique architecture resembles intertwined circles and semicircles inspired by the Pleiades, a star cluster in the constellation Taurus. Guests also will find kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear and Hobie Cats for their use. Top-tier suites feature butler service, private pools and outdoor soaking tubs. Grab a cocktail at the rum bar or relax at the lagoon-style pool inspired by nearby Dunn's River Falls. Opening May 2023.
Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya (5 stars), Playa del Carmen, Mexico -- This upscale retreat is the brand's first no-kids property. There are 355 suites, five restaurants, four bars, three pools and a 10,000-square-foot spa. The beachfront LandShark Brewery serves refreshing lagers and features live music. Guests enjoy weekly events like pickle ball contests, pool parties and musical performances. Opening June 2023.
Morningstar Buoy Haus (4.5 stars) and Westin Beach Resort at Frenchman's Reef (4.5 stars), St. Thomas, USVI -- These properties comprise the new Frenchman's Reef complex in St. Thomas. Buoy Haus offers a boutique hotel experience with 94 rooms, four open-air restaurants and lounges and an oceanfront infinity pool and swim-up bar. The Westin will feature 392 rooms, six restaurants and bars, three oceanview pools, a private dock and an expansive pool deck with a pool bar and cabanas. These hotels are not all-inclusive. Buoy Haus opens May 2023 and the Westin will open June 2023.
