In some cases, authorities are still working through recovery plans and have not yet set a reopening date. However, the destinations shown below are open now or have announced expected reopening dates.

Antigua: open now; proof of a negative COVID test taken in the prior seven days is required
Aruba: open now; travelers from many states must, prior to travel, submit proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken in the previous 72 hours (all other travelers must take a test upon arrival); all travelers must also purchase an Aruba Visitors Insurance policy at a cost of roughly $15 per person, per day
Bermuda: open now; travelers are required to present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken in the prior five days and also take COVID-19 tests upon arrival and on days three, seven and 14 of the stay
Costa Rica: open now for residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia and Washington, DC; travelers are required to present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken in the prior 72 hours and also show proof that they have purchased travel insurance
Dominican Republic: open now; 3% to 10% of all travelers will be randomly selected for a COVID-19 test administered upon arrival
