Destinations Open to Visitors

The CDC has dropped its requirement that air travelers must take a Covid-19 test before flying to the U.S. The removal of this testing requirement means that U.S. travelers can now fly to and from the following destinations without proof of vaccination or testing. Note that entry requirements may differ for citizens of countries other than the U.S. and should be verified in advance of travel. Also, while non-U.S. citizens flying to the U.S do not need to take a Covid-19 test before departure, they are still required to be fully vaccinated.

The following tropical destinations are also open to visitors now, and entry requirements are provided below.

Anguilla: Open now, travelers ages 18 and older (with the exception of pregnant women) must provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination completed at least 21 days prior to arrival. All travelers of all ages must also provide a negative Covid-19 test taken two to five days prior to arrival in Anguilla and take a Covid-19 test upon arrival. The cost of the arrival test is $50 per person. Travelers under 18 who are not vaccinated will also be required to take a Covid-19 test on the fourth day in Anguilla. Bahamas: open now; unvaccinated travelers ages 2 and older must provide proof of a negative Covid-19 PCR or antigen test taken within 72 hours of travel to the Bahamas (vaccinated travelers do not need to take a pre-travel test).

Belize: open now; vaccinated travelers do not need to take a Covid-19 test prior to travel. Unvaccinated travelers ages 5 and older must provide proof of a negative Covid-19 antigen test taken within the 48 hours prior to arrival or a PCR test taken with the 72 hours prior to arrival. All travelers must also purchase a Belize Travel Health Insurance Plan at a cost of $18 per person.

Bermuda: open now; all travelers ages 12 and older must be fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated children under the age of 12 can travel with a vaccinated parent or guardian. All travelers ages 2 and older must also provide proof of a negative Covid-19 antigen test taken within the two days before arrival or a PCR test taken within the four days prior to arrival. All travelers ages 2 and older must also complete a travel authorization form in advance of travel. The form can be found here.

Grand Cayman: open now; all travelers ages 12 and older must be fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated children under the age of 12 can travel with parents who are vaccinated. All travelers must submit a travel declaration form and receive a certificate of approval more than 72 hours before travel. The declaration form can be completed here.

Panama: open now; unvaccinated travelers ages 17 years and older must provide a negative Covid-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival. Vaccinated travelers and children under age 17 who are traveling with vaccinated parents or guardians do not need to take a pre-travel test. All travelers must complete a required Health Affidavit. This form can be found here.

St. Maarten: open now; vaccinated travelers are not required to take a negative Covid-19 test before travel. Unvaccinated travelers ages 5 years and older must provide a negative Covid-19 PCR test taken within the 48 hours prior to arrival. All travelers must complete a mandatory Health Authorization Application. This form can be found here. All travelers must purchase mandatory health insurance that will cover any Covid-related expenses. This insurance will be covered in the Health Authorization Application.

St. Martin: open now; vaccinated travelers are not required to take a negative Covid-19 test before travel. Unvaccinated travelers ages 5 years and older must provide a negative Covid-19 PCR test taken within the 48 hours prior to arrival. All travelers must complete a mandatory Health Authorization Application. This form can be found here. All travelers must purchase mandatory health insurance that will cover any Covid-related expenses. This insurance will be covered in the Health Authorization Application.

Turks & Caicos: open now; travelers ages 18 and older must show proof of vaccination with the last shot administered at least 14 days prior to travel. Travelers under age 18 do not need proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test to enter.
