`AMA`AMA Beach Restaurant - Named after the `ama`ama — the tasty local mullet fish so popular that it has inspired songs — this Aulani signature restaurant celebrates not only the fish, but also the fishing settlements along the leeward coast dating back to the 12th century. Ocean breeze soothes your spirit at this idyllic, beachside restaurant. From sunrise to sunset, our chefs use fresh local ingredients and island flavors to create distinctive dishes. Choose from entrées like cold fried chicken, cured meats and cheese, and chilled miso-glazed salmon, as well as grab-and-go snacks. This location also features a refillable mug station. Hawaiian Shave Ice - Cool off on the pool deck with fruity and refreshing shave ice. Yogurt Bar - Enjoy a healthy treat of tangy yogurt with fresh fruit and tasty toppings in our spa. The `Olelo Room - This unique interactive lounge at Aulani surrounds you with local words and images. The `Olelo Room is open daily and serves continental breakfast, traditional afternoon tea and a lounge menu with fare inspired by local flavors.
