Slated to open in late 2006, Rao's will move into the space formerly occupied by Terrazza at Caesars Palace and will be re-created by the Engstrom Design Group of San Rafael, Calif., to capture the intimate, convivial, speak-easy style of the original, located at 455 East 114th Street.

Restaurant Guy Savoy - Prepare yourself for a one-of-a-kind dining experience in a restaurant designed for the 21st century--an encounter in which art and food become one. The restaurant offers the chef's Hawaiian-themed fusion signature cuisine, which spotlights exciting elements of Thai, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and French fine dining.

Bradley Ogden - Famed Bay Area chef Bradley Ogden, whose new take on classic "farm fresh" American cuisine has earned him national acclaim and a gallery of top culinary awards, opened his first restaurant outside of California at Caesars Palace. Ogden rose to national prominence as the executive chef for San Francisco's renowned Campton Place Hotel. Later, Ogden and partner Michael Dellar opened Ogden's signature restaurant, The Lark Creek Inn in Marin County, just north of San Francisco, which has been acclaimed by leading critics and publications as one of the best restaurants in the nation. It was followed by One Market Restaurant in San Francisco, Lark Creek in Walnut Creek and San Mateo, Yankee Pier in Larkspur, Parcel 104 in Santa Clara and Arterra in Del Mar.

His tantalizing and innovative fare--like Shrimp and Roasted Corn Tamale, New Mexican Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon-Ancho Chile Sauce, and Sweet Potato Tamale with Crushed Pecan Butter--has earned him numerous accolades and awards, and helped to establish his position as a leading New York chef and major American culinary force.

Neros - Specializing in dry-aged prime beef, tender chops, fresh fish and seafood, Neros boasts tantalizing American contemporary dinner selections for the most discriminating palates. Neros Chef Sean Griffin has created signature cuisine for the restaurant. Some of the entrées are classic favorites, but none are ordinary, and each is artistically presented in the tradition of great culinarians.

Offering a beautifully appointed, spacious retreat, the lounge features a martini bar, tantalizing appetizers, and live entertainment nightly from 6pm to midnight. This luxurious floating lounge showcases live music and DJ's spinning the latest pop hits, and features a dance floor that literally rocks. After working up a sweat on the floating dance floor, relax in the tiered seating that adjoins and overlooks the barge, while Cocktail goddesses in the diaphanous costumes of Cleopatra's handmaidens serve up tempting concoctions.
