Mango - Featuring open-air dining with a view of St. Kitts across the sea, Mango is an ideal spot to catch a spectacular sunset. The inventive yet casual menu is a testament to West Indian cuisine and culture, and serves resort guests and the local community. A bar and lounge is enhanced with nautical accents and features tropical drinks including the signature Mango-jito and the Tipsy Palmer for golfers. Reservations are recommended.

Coral Grill - Featuring regional cuisine with French and Asian influences, this open-air restaurant boasts a commanding view of the Caribbean Sea. Located on the second floor of the Great House, the restaurant is open for dinner on Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Reservations are recommended and the dress code is as follows: Collared shirts, trousers and closed footwear or dress sandals for men. Dress, skirt or evening trousers for women.

Neve - Neve is a relaxed, open-air setting for breakfast and dinner. The décor--featuring abstract art, antique mirrors, hand-blown glass bowls filled with illuminated sea glass and oversized candles--brings warmth and vitality to the restaurant in the true spirit of Italian culture.

The Pool Cabana - For a refreshing drink or a casual light meal near the pool, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, The Pool Cabana provides a full bar, sandwiches, fresh local seafood, a choice of luncheon specialties and weekly theme buffet dinners.

Library Bar - This is an intimate 28 seat-bar located in the lobby of the Great House on the second floor. With bar stools and a residential seating area, the Library Bar surrounds guests in the ambiance of a formal plantation house. It offers books and games for immediate enjoyment or for borrowing. Open everyday from noon to midnight.
