Hemingway's - Hemingway's brings you the finest fare of the seas in a tropical Key West atmosphere. Enjoy fresh seafood and more in this relaxing venue situated on the rocks overlooking lush landscaping, our half-acre swimming pool and the beauty of Lake Windsong. Hemingway's also offers a wide selection of top quality wines, specialty tropical drinks and the famous "Papa Doble" rumored to be Ernest Hemingway's favorite cocktail. Open nightly for dinner. La Coquina Chef's Table - La Coquina has elevated dining to a new level with the addition of our exclusive "Chef's Table" dining three nights per week. Guests dine inside the Chef's kitchen, looking on as the highly trained team of chefs prepares amazing culinary creations. The innovative Chef's Table dinner experience is available Thursday through Saturday, featuring a sumptuous five-course menu. The restaurant also offers a unique champagne brunch every Sunday from 10:30am-2pm. White Horse Sports Bar & Grille - White Horse is a sports' lovers dream complete with game time at the bar, Direct TV hookup and large screen televisions. Hurricanes Lounge - The Hurricanes Lounge is located inside Hemingway's, our Key West-style restaurant, overlooking our spectacular swimming pool and lush grounds. Hurricanes Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy our signature drink, the "Papa Doble". They also offer a full service bar and specialty martinis, tropical and blended drinks. Open daily from 5pm-midnight. On The Rocks - On The Rocks is our poolside lounge, offering refreshing beverages and a tasty menu including fresh salads, sandwiches and of course, the All American hot dog! Beverages include a variety of sodas, water, beers and tropical smoothies. Open from 11am-5pm. Trellises Lounge - This bar is located in our 18-story atrium lobby surrounded by lush landscaping and tropical birds. Its openness and tropical setting make it the perfect location for cocktails and casual get-togethers. Open daily from 11am-midnight.
