Packards Steakhouse - Serving only the finest dry-aged, certified Angus Beef, Packard’s Steakhouse is located in our Copperhead Clubhouse. Packard’s offers sumptuous steak and seafood dinners, signature martinis and a wine list you won't want to miss. Breakfast and lunch are also served at Packard’s in a comfortable clubhouse setting overlooking the course. Adjacent to the dining room at Packard’s, you can enjoy a drink after your round. In addition to a full bar and expanded beer selection, you’ll also select from traditional American cuisine and unique specials prepared daily by our culinary staff. Hours: Breakfast 6:30 am-11:00 am Lunch 11:00 am-6:00 pm Dinner 6:00 pm-10:00 pm Market Salamander - Located in the heart of the property, Market Salamander is a unique outlet offering wholesome, chef-prepared and specialty foods, as well as specially flavored ice cream. The cuisine at Market Salamander spans the globe with internationally inspired offerings, reflecting regional American and Mediterranean influences. The friendly staff at Market Salamander will even prepare custom picnic baskets for your day excursions and can assist with grocery shopping for in-suite preparation. Market Salamander Grille - From health conscious recipes to traditional American cuisine, the Grille offers a variety of choices for all guests. Incorporating many of the local ingredients, the “Seasonal American Cuisine” will be inspired by fresh seasonal offerings carefully handpicked by our Executive Chef focusing on unparalleled quality and integrity. The Grill at Loch Ness - Relax in the beautiful Florida sun while dining poolside and sipping fabulous tropical-inspired frozen drinks at the Grill at Loch Ness. Featuring grilled sandwiches, salads, monster “dogs” and hamburgers, it offers something for the entire family. Daily drink and food specials are available and you can watch your favorite team on TVs at the grill. Open for lunch from 11:00 am-7:00 pm. Turnberry Pub - Named after the legendary Scottish golf course, Turnberry Pub is the perfect spot for a fabulous breakfast buffet, a frosted mug of beer, and a sirloin burger or blackened grouper sandwich. The Pub boasts a friendly, casual dining experience for the whole family, whether you choose to dine inside or on the Garden Patio overlooking the scenic Island course. For golfers on the go, the Pub also features a window snack bar that is accessible from the course.
