Giralda - Comfortable, spacious restaurant. The lineal organization of the buffet stations facilitates visibility and accessibility. Splendid breakfast buffet with wide choice of cakes and pastries, freshly cut and prepared seasonal fruit, selection of cold meats and cheeses, smoked fish, hot zone with egg dishes to your liking, bacon, churros, grilled vegetables, Spanish omelette, sausages, bread station, variety of flavoured olive oils, cereals, yoghurts, dried fruit and nuts, fruit in syrup, different juices, drinks station (soya drinks, skimmed milk, whole fat milk, sparkling water, still water, red wine, white wine, cava). We also have a coffee and tea station with express coffee and infusions. Food and specific dishes for celiacs and lactose intolerant guests are available.
Operating Hours: From 7am to 11am La Albufera - Rice specialist restaurant (arroz del señorito, black rice, rice with lobster, Valencian rice, arroz cortijero, shellfish fideua...) and designer Mediterranean cuisine (warm salad with slow baked pork belly with reduced Jerez vinaigrette and crispy goat cheese ball with thyme; Grilled hake served with sweet and sour ratatouille, fennel with Tabasco and sage oil; Slowly baked squid stuffed with foie and walnuts served on a bed of tabboulet hand its own juices; Fried canutillos stuffed with sultana soaked in orange wine and cream and blueberry sorbet). The rice dishes are prepared in front of you. Possibility of reservations for private functions. Operating Hours: Lunch from 1pm to 4pm. Dinner from 8:30pm to 11:30pm Corona Bar - Relax watching your favourite sporting event on the video world screen, always in a fresh and stylish ambience. Lounge bar located in the hotel lobby with a wide range of drinks, cocktails, mixers... It also has a hot and cold snack food area, cream soups, salads, sandwiches, house specialities (Focaccia with olives, mozzarella, tomato gratin, rocket and anchovies; Roll with Iberian sirloin, ham and fried peppers).
