Boulevards Cafe - Boulevards Cafe, located on the hotel’s second level, offers fresh breakfast choices. The chef's specialty is creating a comfortable but inspired experience with organic and sustainable foods, from hot oatmeal with a caramelized apple and raisin compote to a seasonal berry and yogurt parfait to a chef’s omelet with sautéed onions, ham, and aged cheddar.
