J&G Steakhouse - J&G Steakhouse offers a timeless and sophisticated bill of fare, as interpreted by world-renowned chef and restaurateur, Jean-Georges Vongerichten. A thoughtfully crafted, customizable menu is built around the finest cuts of meat and a global selection of fresh fish - all complemented by a distinctive collection of appetizers and side dishes, as well as specially chosen sauces and condiments from around the world.

Integrating the stunning Valley views into its invitingly modern design, the restaurant features an interior dominated by warm, natural materials and a rich palate of colors inspired by steak and wine. A tempesta onyx wraparound bar provides a contemporary prelude to dinner in the main room, or in one of two private dining areas. Outside, a stunning terrace further captivates with its two oval banquettes and classic Southwestern fire pits. Open Sunday - Wednesday 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Thursday - Saturday 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Lounge Opens at 4:00 PM .

19th Hole Grill and Patio - This restaurant is located south of the main resort building, on the 1st floor of The Phoenician’s Golf Clubhouse. Open-air dining patios allow resort guests and golfers to soak in the sun or cool off in the shade after a round of golf on the Phoenician's championship golf course, including sandwiches and hamburgers hot off the grill. With close-up views of the putting green and fairways, diners can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon refreshments and appetizers - or just a cool drink.

Il Terrazzo - In the skillful hands of its chef, traditional plates of regional specialties transport guests to their favorite Italian hideaway. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus include breads crafted by The Phoenician's own artisans, and are polished off with a rich, short espresso. Guests, however, are encouraged to take their time – savoring the rich flavor of monkfish wrapped in prosciutto with carmelized fennel, roasted fingerling potatoes, charred scallion, and marsala or the tempting veal chop, pounded and crusted with wild arugula, cherry tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and lemon.

The house pasta, also handcrafted, is an elegant way to ease into your feast at Il Terrazzo. Begin your week with Il Terrazzo's popular Sunday Brunch, which combines traditional favorites with the unmistakable flavors of Southern Europe. A long list of expertly selected formaggi and delectable desserts including Tiramisu and Torta di Ricotta are a welcome addition to any meal. Il Terrazzo brings the true essence of the "bel paese" to the Sonoran Desert.

Windows on the Green - Take in a night of rare artisan tequila and sophisticated patio dining in a warm and stylish setting while skilled flamenco guitarists fill the air with artistic rhythms. Experience our exceptional new menu and relaxed ambiance while discovering some of the Valley's best indigenous Southwest dining.

Lobby Tea Court - In the English tradition, afternoon tea is served daily in the Lobby Tea Court. Full tea includes finger sandwiches, scones with Devonshire cream and preserves, pastries and a selection of fine teas. Classical music provides a charming backdrop for a genteel afternoon break.

Café and Ice Cream Parlor - Fresh-baked pastries, cappuccino, The Phoenician's homemade ice cream, specialty salads and sandwiches are available in a traditional ice cream parlor setting. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and any-time-of-the-day snacks are available for take-out, or dining indoors or out.

Oasis - Relax poolside with one of our refreshing tropical concoctions and choose from a selection of light sandwiches, grilled specialties, salads and snacks. Our unique misting system keeps you cool during the summer.
