Breakfast served daily 7 to 11:30 a.m. Lunch served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner served daily 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; 6 to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Sunday Brunch served 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. enoSTEAK - enoSTEAK is an intimate steakhouse featuring only the highest quality ingredients. All the steaks are from prime and grass-fed, pasture-raised beef. The organic produce is grown locally and harvested at the peak of the season. enoSTEAK also highlights artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and a large selection of fine wines. enoSTEAK is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, 6 to 10 p.m. 180blu - 180blu is an oceanfront dining lounge featuring panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the blue skies across the horizon. The Market Place - Give in to temptation at The Market Place at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, offering a wide variety of coffee, espresso, sweet treats and more. Early risers can begin their glorious day in Dana Point with a selection of gourmet coffee drinks, pastries and other breakfast items. Throughout the day, guests will be tempted with homemade sweets from the pastry kitchen and a variety of Paninis and freshly made sandwiches. The Market Place is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dana Point Bar Raya - Gather in the casual confines of this Dana Point bar’s sophisticated yet friendly atmosphere. Fine cocktails, appetizers and company are even finer alongside the breathtaking Laguna coastline views and stylized, silver bar. Open 11:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
