Dishes will include charcoal grilled chateaubriand with pommes soufflés, king crab and prawn cocktail, lime and chocolate soufflé and iced Peach Melba. The restoration has preserved the original table plan which features the favourite tables of celebrated diners such as Winston Churchill, Oscar Wilde, Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe. Details such as original 1920’s Art Deco lighting, lustrous wood panelling, bespoke silk and velvet fabrics and handmade dining chairs will restore the restaurant to its original glory while creating a fresh legacy. A private dining room will be available for up to 40 guests and the restaurant will also feature a signature Chef’s Table located in the heart of the kitchen.
