The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort offers the following restaurants:
Carolina, The Signature Restaurant - Featuring fresh seafood and a mosaic of culinary styles from the Mediterranean along with accents of Punta Mita’s own distinctive flavors, this epicurean destination captures the resort’s uncompromised style and promises a memorable experience for even the most discerning palate. Signature dishes include Caribbean Lobster, a tender lobster roasted with spices and served with fennel mousseline with a touch of Papantla vanilla and coriander vinaigrette and the Canelón, a stuffed artichoke with lobster, foie gras and truffle.
With breathtaking views, an inviting bar and a romantic outdoor terrace, the restaurant provides a perfect variety of settings for cocktails as well. Exquisite in every detail, the restaurant's design is both inviting and comfortable. The polished decor emphasizes lush black and white velvety textures with silver accents. Handcrafted lamps throughout Carolina are covered in small, round pieces of Mother of Pearl. In addition to casting a soft luminous glow, the precious pearls create a peaceful sound as soft breezes rustle the lamps. Open Wednesday - Sunday 6:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Closed Monday & Tuesday).
Las Marietas - Ideally situated under the canopies of three open palapas, Las Marietas features authentic regional Mexican cuisine and breathtaking views of the Pacific. Signature dishes include traditional free-range chicken mole stuffed with dried fruits and blanketed in red mole sauce with toasted sunflower, almond and sesame seeds. Las Marietas' ceviche is marinated in lemon and scented with fine herbs.
Colorful details include banquettes lined with hand-embroidered pillows, their patterns borrowed from the traditional dresses of the women of Chiapas. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the resort’s family pool. Casual in feel and local in flavor, Las Marietas serve daily breakfast and lunch. Open 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
Sea Breeze Beach Club - The Sea Breeze Beach Club's eclectic menu offers delights to satisfy every taste, all prepared with the freshest available ingredients. Local fresh seafood, the finest seasonal organic produce available, and top-of-the-line prime Black Angus beef are all prepared with the utmost care and to guests' specifications. The restaurant's whole boneless pink snapper, wrapped in corn leaf infused in aged tequila and cooked in a sea salt crust is a favorite. Indoor or outdoor seating is available for lunch and dinner. The restaurant also offers a private dining room. Open daily 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday - Tuesday 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM.
The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort offers the following bar:
Altamira Lobby Bar - The Altamira Bar is named for the Marquis of Altamira, the gentleman who cultivated and established the world’s first mezcal distillery and tavern in 1600. Following in that tradition, the Altamira is proud to offer an uncompromised selection of tequilas and specialty cocktails, such as the The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort's "Mita Mary," a twist on the traditional cocktail with a splash of fine tequila.
With its inviting ambiance, including antique French chandeliers, handcrafted accents by local artisans and a selection of artful furnishings imported from Belgium and Spain, the Altamira also beckons guests with its spectacular ocean and pool views. Guests may also partake of the resort’s Afternoon Tea ritual at the Altamira Lobby Bar. Each evening, the bar hosts the traditional St. Regis Champagne Ritual. Open 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
