Waimea Brewing Company - This restaurant and bar offers distinctive brews and fun food treats at the gathering place under the palms on the grounds of the resort. The "Brew Pub" offers traditional pub fare with a creative multi-ethnic "plantation" flare. Share small-plate (pupu) items along with light dishes, hearty entrées and "sinful" desserts. Try handcrafted beers brewed on-site in copper clad and stainless steel tanks showcased behind out concrete bar tinted with west Kauai's distinctive red-colored dirt and authentic petroglyphs! Open from 11am to 9pm.
