Granada
Granada was the last possession of the Moors of Spain and retains much of the sophisticated elegance for which they were famous. Wander through its intoxicating gardens and elaborately arcaded courtyards. A fortified palace was built high on a spur of the Sierra Nevadas more than 600 years ago and still dominates the town. Visit the Cathedral and the Palace of Charles V and enjoy some local seafood in the bustling coastal city of Malaga.
