Squaw Valley
Squaw Valley encompasses six Sierra Nevada peaks and 4,000 acres of terrain just west of Lake Tahoe’s north shore. Fun summer activities include roller-skating at the Olympic Ice Pavilion overlooking Lake Tahoe, and swimming in the High Camp Swimming Lagoon and Spa, which features 50-meter lap lanes and two islands landscaped with waterfalls and boulders. Squaw Valley also offers excellent shopping and dining, as well as outdoor activities including lift rides and hiking.
