Frigate Bay
Bordered by the pounding Atlantic surf on one side and the calm waters of the Caribbean on the other, the narrow strip of land that comprises St. Kitts' Frigate Bay enjoys waters that are ideal for any type of activity. There are challenging golf courses to play and fortresses and colonial plantations to visit around the area. The narrow strip of land broadens to flesh out the southeastern spread of St. Kitts, where unspoiled beaches surround a wildlife haven replete with vervet monkeys, white-tailed deer and tropical birds.
